1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account with DiWallet, downloading our mobile application, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StudyGate SRL ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

- Digital Wallet: Secure storage and management of digital funds
- Payment Processing: Facilitating online and digital transactions
- Money Transfers: Sending and receiving funds electronically
- Cryptocurrency Support: Integration with selected cryptocurrency services
- Financial Analytics: Transaction tracking and spending insights
Our services are provided through our mobile application and web platform, subject to regulatory approvals and geographic restrictions.
3. Account Registration and Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use DiWallet services, you must:

- Any merchant that accepts Visa/MasterCard payments online
4.3 Card Restrictions
Virtual cards cannot be used for:
- ATM withdrawals or cash advances

4.4 Card Management
You may:
- Create multiple virtual cards for different purposes
- Set individual spending limits for each card
- Freeze, unfreeze, or delete cards at any time
